Addison Group is Hiring a HR Coordinator Near Aurora, IL

Global healthcare organization is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their collaborative HR team to support I9's, background screens, confidential information, job postings and supporting employees in ADP. This role is fast-paced and will provide excellent customer service to employees. Support new hire orientation, walk the production floor and bring a friendly attitude to work each day. Onsite everyday in Aurora. Pays up to $50-54K
Job Duties:
  • Work with confidential details, I9's, onboarding, background reports
  • Update information in HRIS move candidates in system, open requisitions, job postings
  • New hire orientation, badges, IT requests
  • Assist employees with Kiosk assistance: payroll, benefits, paystubs in ADP
  • Walk the production floor for safety check, meet/greet new hires and friendly with employees
Job Requirements:
  • Between 2-3 years of HR Coordinator experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Effective communication with all levels of employees
  • Friendly and inviting attitude, focus on customer service delivery
  • Able to work onsite everyday
